Age/Consent Disclaimer

The Skn Academy is happy to extend selected spa services to minors 16 years of age and over.  Anyone UNDER the age of 18 years of age:

 

• A parent or legal guardian must be present to sign a Minor Service Release when a minor is checking in for spa services.

• Services performed must be within the parameters of allowable services.
